Welcome to TasX! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tegbir Lalli's Application, TasX, located on the Google Play Store.
By installing and using this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TasX if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Use of the Service
- TasX provides a mobile client interface for the Google Tasks™ service. To use our App, you must authenticate with your own Google Account and grant the App permission to access your Google Tasks data.
- You are responsible for managing your own data within your Google Tasks account. Our App acts as a tool to view and manage this data. Actions such as deleting a task list or task through our App are permanent and will be reflected in your Google Account. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your actions.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the Google Account that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. We do not store your password and have no access to your Google Account beyond the permissions you explicitly grant via the OAuth consent screen.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tegbir Lalli. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States of America and foreign countries.
"Google Tasks" is a trademark of Google LLC. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tegbir Lalli, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington/United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
